– Payment can only be REFUNDED, RETURNED, DELIVERED AND CANCELED subject to the Academy Burser’s justification and approval. Complaint and request for cancellation, returns and refunds should be channeled to the School Burser via a letter and its approval is dependent on the Burser’s justification of the refund or cancellation of such payment.
