JAMB 2020: Jamb to create a platform for Candidates who scored over 250
The Joint Admission and Martriculation Board has said that it will create a platform to enable students who scored 250 and above in the previous screening exercise to follow up on their admission processing.
This was disclosed by Jamb’s Head of Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin during his conversation with the News agency of Nigeria in Lagos.
The Jamb official said that the platform is to be created solely to ensure transparency and equity among admission seekers and also slash down the activities of fraudsters in the system, he revealed that many candidates have been susceptible to the fraudulent attempts of this people, in that, they allow these men to cow them into believing that they can secure their admission placement and in the end when these candidates secure admission on merit, the fraudsters coax them to meeting their conditions with the claim that they did it.
The Jamb Official concluded that this platform is going to be connected to CAPS and advised that all Institutions should key into these Sensitization process.
